General Approach:

  • Registration with S R Placement Services is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration.
  • The client shall pay the Company the applicable fee even if the candidate is employed by the client in a different capacity or on a different basis to what the candidate was originally introduced for.
  • S R Placement Guides does not guarantee of arranging interview/providing a job within a specified period. Short-listing & calling a candidate for interview is solely to the discretion of placement Guide.
  • In some other cases Registration fees are applicable (for ex. referral interview calls for MNC/MLC) & it is Non-Refundable.
  • S R Placement Services Guide does not interfere in any selection process as this is strictly between Employer (Client end HR team) and Candidate.
  • If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our record.
  • In case of selection of the candidates, Our Recruitment Service Charges shall be:
  • Case I - Candidate NEED NOT TO PAY any amount as our service charges in case of the company is paying our service charges

    Case II - The candidate will pay the gross first month salary or less (Amount will be intimated when sending the interview details) as our service charges, in case of the Company where he is placed is not paying our service charges.

  • Candidate would be informed either in mail or via any other medium, in advance whether the company is paying our service charges or not and the payable amount if any.
  • In some cases (for ex. referral interview calls for MNC/MLC) the candidate will be liable to pay our service charges specified for that job and sometimes need to pay 25% tom 35% of payable services charge in advanced (in case of advanced payment, it is needed to pay within 2 days, once the candidate get conformation selected in the interview) , so that candidate will get the issuance a offer letter.
  • In case the candidate do not comply or deposit the said amount to S R Placement Services within 2 days of the issuance of the offer letter then:
  • Case I - The employer will be requested to terminate the employee ASAP and we would be sending a replacement of him/her.

    Case II - Placement Services Guidelines is free to pursue legal court proceeding against the candidate for breach of contract.

    Case III - Placement Services Guidelines will take action in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

  • Candidate will not be considered for any vacancy in future:
  • Case I - If the candidate does not attend the interviews, arranged by Career Care Guide twice.

    Case II - If the candidate discloses the details of the vacancy/company name to anybody else, for which he/she has been sent through Career Care Guide.

    Case III - If candidate appears to the interview provided to him/her, representing any other consultancy or solely.

  • f a candidate is recruited for a job through S R Placement Service, he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and S R Placement Service will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
  • The Registration is valid till the job placement from the date of Registration. We will arrange interview if candidate wants job change/ terminated or resigned within that time frame.
  • S R Placement Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any point of time if needed.

Project Terms:

  • All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify our understanding in a face to face meeting.
  • By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of S R – Software & Placement services Pvt. Ltd. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of Initiation, signing a quote.
  • Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements.
  • Clients must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes.
  • Thus, it is essential that you clarify every aspect of your website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.
  • Any complexity related to specific tasks, must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of quotation. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by “ SRSOFTECH.COM ” Worldwide.
  • There are limited man-hours allocated to each task including Project Management and Digital Strategist/Business Analyst. Minor changes may be included within the allocated hours. This will be analysed on a case-by-case basis.
  • We will make every effort to complete the project/changes in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.
  • Any delays at client’s end, may delay the project and proposed timeframes and may incur additional costs.
  • Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development does not attract additional charges.
  • Any re-work on an already completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
  • Any modifications requested during the development or after the Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. All additional work, over and above the estimates is charged separately. Under no circumstances will S R - Software Services be liable for any delays caused by change in the project brief.
  • Website/application content and all related materials need to be provided to us within the first two weeks of starting the project. Any delays thereafter may delay the project and may incur additional charges if it goes beyond reasonable timeframe.
  • Our websites/applications are generally tested on PCs and include near recent versions of following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari. If you require testing to be done on any other browser, please let us know in advance.
  • Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. If you require testing to be done on any other device, please discuss it in advance.
  • If your website/application is not hosted by our end, any additional man-hours that may be required due to any server or network related issues are not covered in our quotes and may be charged separately.
  • Please note that at any stage during the project, stalling of the project for over two calendar months will incur $99 (Rs,8317.76) /week administration costs. Furthermore, it may increase the previously approved estimates. If you require the project to be put on hold, please advise us in writing in advance. To put the project on hold without incurring additional charges, we will need the account to be up to date based on the work done. Further details can be discussed if such a situation arises.
  • S R - software services software codes (not including open source software) are copyrights of S R - Software Development Services Worldwide. The codes can be handed over at an additional cost for use once all previous invoices are settled, on the condition that the codes are used only for use or modification for re-use for further development for the specified client or subsequent owners of that legal entity. Under no circumstance, the codes will be allowed to be used for re-selling or duplication purposes.
  • S R - Software Services CMS is a proprietary CMS of S R - Software Services. S R - Software Services owns copyrights of all codes written for any client, unless arrangements are made prior to start of the project. S R - Software Services warrants a license to use any custom built software for the client, for their use only. This license is granted while paying for the hosting. S R - Software Services CMS cannot be transferred to any external host; this includes any access to the software codes.
  • The website or software application will be designed to be deployed on the web, via using a commercial grade web-server or a similar setup. Based on your website traffic, the website may not perform if deployed on a generic office network environment.
  • Depending upon the functionalities required, there may be 3rd party components such as Third Party Payment Gateways or SSL certificates involved in building a website/application. Although Synapse Worldwide does its best in recognising the suitability of any such component, any unforeseen limitations of 3rd party components are beyond our control. Any third-party component purchase costs (such as SSL, Payment gateway, Google AdWords, Plug-in licenses etc.) are not included in our quotes
  • S R - Software development services take no responsibility of any open source products such as WordPress, Open Source carts, Joomla etc. It is client’s responsibility to update all components and third party software. We suggest you to take regular back-ups to avoid any disruptions
  • S R - Software Development Services can organise an appropriate hosting solution if required, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by the client. Where clients decide to organise their own hosting, we should be consulted before finalising the type of hosting and database, as it should meet the requirements of the technology used for the development. Please note that we’ll require full access with hosting support for testing and deploying the application. S R - Software Development Services will not be liable for any delays or errors caused by direct or indirect actions of the hosting company. offer packages in co-ordination with third party providers. Changes to the third party provider’s rules and policies may ultimately effect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein
  • The client must recognize that at times there may be unforeseen circumstances that will delay the development process, particularly with reference to the integration of third party software. We will try our best to complete the project as agreed in the proposal. As long as it is within a reasonable period, the client agrees not to penalize us for any genuine delay, when every effort to keep the project on the proposed schedule is taken.
  • Domain registration/renewal etc charges are not included as a part of any project/proposal unless mentioned otherwise. If required, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by the client.
  • Hosting charges are not included in the quotations unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We can organise an appropriate hosting solution if required, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by the client. Where clients decide to organise their own hosting, we should be consulted before finalising the type of hosting and database, as it should meet the requirements of the technology used for the development. Please note that we’ll require full access with hosting support for testing and deploying the application
  • We will not be liable for any delays or errors caused by direct or indirect actions of the hosting company.
  • S R - Software services generally build and tests the websites/applications on our hosted domains. we cannot give access to their test servers and test websites to the clients or any third party. The website/application can be transferred-off to a nominated 3rd party server upon full payment of all invoices and dues.
  • As per declaration any other provision in the agreement, in consideration of the Customer entering into this agreement with S R - Software Development services, upon full payment of any outstanding invoices, we will grant an unconditional license to the Customer to reproduce, publish, communicate, use, exploit, vary, or otherwise deal with (1) the graphics, (2) texts and (3) images used in the published website and associated of form and functionality. This will not include the intellectual property relating to the production of the website including the digital strategies, programming codes, database structures, scripts, forms or functionalities
  • All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.

Annual Maintenance:

1. Basic Annual Maintenance Package Terms:
  • All maintenance packages are for a minimum of 12 months’ period.
  • Maintenance packages are billed annually, however are paid monthly via direct debit on the 1st of every month.
  • Packages may include 12 months’ basic website hosting, email hosting and DNS hosting.
  • Packages are designed to serve website maintenance tasks only. The hours may not be used for projects such as full redesign or major functionality add-ons.
  • Does-not include any Digital Strategy, Business Analysis, Solution Architect, SEO and Digital Marketing work.
  • Work-hours are tracked in 15minutes blocks. The support time is used once every month to take a full backup of your website. After that, we work on updating your CMS and plugin versions along-with any website fixes that may arise as a result of the updates. Any remaining hours can be used to make changes to the website. Any additional workhours are requested for your approval.
  • S R - Software Services employs fair use policy, which means that although we don’t formally transfer over any unused time to the next month or formally accumulate unused man-hours, we do understand that your needs may change from month to month, and we allow flexibility in good faith sometimes
  • Any extra hours used will be billed separately hour include GST, also Any urgent tasks will be charged separately.
  • Support requests need to be sent via email to support@srsoftech.com.
  • The package is auto renewed every year on its anniversary date.
2. Payment terms:
  • Monthly maintenance package fees accepted by any mood of payment except Cheque payment.
  • Monthly maintenance package fees will be charged on the 1st day of every month.
  • An administrative can charged penalty amount (Upton Rs. 2500), If we found delay payments or declined charges during the payment.
  • More than three missed payments in a year may attract termination of the services and the client will need to pay immediately the entire remaining amount on the package
  • There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to the monthly/ yearly maintenance package
3. Termination:
  • In case Client need to cancel the auto annual services, please inform us in writing (email) at least one month prior to the before expiry date (as per AMC Services agreement).
  • Ongoing term: For any reason if the Client decides to terminate an on-going maintenance services package then they will need to pay the balance amount of the remaining months.
  • Also, we reserve the right to terminate annual maintenance at any time with written notice to the Client.

General Approach:

  • Upon quote acceptance/signoff, initiation payment is processed to start the project. As required by the project, we may hold a Scoping Workshop/ google meet/ Zoomeet conferencing to discuss the requirements in detail.
  • Once we have the brand details such as logo, images, branding materials etc, we will have a mock-up for your review (short first look of website) within 5 to 10 working days.
  • Client can review the design and suggest improvements accordingly. Depending upon your project, generally up to 2 to 4 design modifications that can be done within the given estimates. Please refer to your allocated design and development hours for details
  • Once design is finalised & approved by client, we’ll proceed with the HTML development. At this stage we generally need around 3 to 5 banner (or morthan 5 also ok) text and/or images for rotation by client end.
  • Once, HTML is done, if CMS is included in your project, we will proceed to setup your website on your selected Content Management System (CMS). Please provide all content and copy prior to the development phase.
  • Depending upon the time and resources allocated to your project, we’ll transfer as much content as possible from the old website to the new website. Remaining content can be transferred via the CMS by your designated staff. We can provide the instructions needed to help you do this.
  • Once the website final design is ready from our development team end, we generally hand it over to you for further review, test and/or to upload/change contents as necessary.
  • At this stage you need to give us a Go-Live date for us to make the new website/project live.
  • Your website can be made live within 3 to 5 working days of a Go Live approval, assuming that the accounts are clear. Kindly note that we require full payment prior before we Go-live with your website on any external servers.
  • Kindly note, there are limited man-hours allocated on the project. The estimates for all website under 15K to 25K (+ GST Charges) are based on an assumption that projects will to be completed over eight to fifteen working weeks depending upon the size of your project. Any further delays may increase the project management costs. If you do not believe the project to be completed within this time frame, please do let us know prior to starting the project.
  • We encourage you to provide all necessary details, at the start of the project to ensure that the project team’s time is efficiently utilised on your project and you do not incur any unnecessary additional costs.
  • You will be kept updated via emails and/or telephone calls as the project demands. However, please do not hesitate to contact us any time you require a project status. Also, please always keep us updated with your relevant email addresses/contact details.
  • Once the website/application has been made live on the client’s domain, it is their responsibility to take regular full back-ups and to update all components and third party software
  • We consider ourselves to be very flexible and adaptable and approach all requests with a ‘can do’ attitude. If you require something changed, please feel free to discuss with us. Payment / Refund Policy:

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees are inclusive of GST unless specified.
  • All invoices are to be processed as per the schedule via your preferred method of payment
  • Website/application/project development payments must be made within 5 working days of each scheduled invoice copy, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Final payment must be made prior to website/application/project going live.
  • Receipt of payment is deemed as acceptance of the quote, project and terms & conditions.
  • S R - Software Services Administrative Department reserves the right to negotiate and refund appropriate portion of the amount paid by customer towards the requested service.

Case I - If you cancel your order after making the payment, but the work has not commenced, we will refund 75% of the payment that you have already made.

Case II - If the order is cancelled after the commencement of work, the maximum refund or charge will be 50% of the invoice.

Case III - There will be no refund or adjustments if cancellation is called when more than 50% of the work has been completed.

  • All cancellations must be received in writing and can be sent via regular mail, email or fax. Telephone requests on cancellations will not be accepted.
  • For minor or once-off works, payments need to be made either in advance or as per the terms mentioned in the invoice/proposal. If you require any changes to the terms, you must inform us in writing (emails accepted) within two working days of the receipt of the same
  • Late fees and charges: All outstanding invoices will incur a late payment fee of 10% of the pending amount from the due date.
  • Due date: Is the date on which the payment is due as per the terms on the invoice/proposal.
  • Outstanding Invoice: An invoice is deemed to be outstanding if the payment is still due after 14 days of the expiry of the due date.
  • If you are late with a payment or have any queries regarding the Invoice, please contact Admin officer/ Director member immediately on receiving the invoice or reminder emails.
  • All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.
  • Any payment relating to the domain name registration renewal or hosting or any 3rd party products or service purchased on behalf of the client will have to be paid in full and is non-refundable. In case of all renewal cancellations, we must be notified at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • S R - Software development services generally build and tests the websites/applications on our own servers or hosted domains. The website/application will be transferred-off to the nominated 3rd party server upon full payment of all invoices and dues.
Disputes, Liability and Indemnity:
  • In an event of a dispute, S R - Software development services reserve the right to charge the client in full for the work done as well as for the resources spent in managing the dispute. In such an event, we reserve the right to charge the client without honouring any discounts that were previously honoured in good faith. Under no circumstances will S R - Software development services be liable for any damages arising from misrepresentation or misinformation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client, if these are not aligned with our business operating principles and policies.
  • We provide its services as is, without any guarantees on security or other issues leading to loss of data, sale or reputation. We ensure to the best of our ability that our systems and servers are protected from hackers, viruses, intruders and other online and offline problems, however we will not be held liable for any disruption of services if such situation arises.
  • Relationship of S R Software with its suppliers, partners and sub-contractors is of an independent nature. None of the parties have any power, right or authority to interfere or bind the other or assume or create any obligation or responsibility, whether expressed or implied, on behalf of the other or in the other’s name.
  • S R - software development team /services will not be liable for any breach of the agreement which is caused by a matter beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to Act of God, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, earth quake, industrial disputes (whether or not involving their employees), extremely severe weather, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
  • To buy all type of domain registrations and renewals are need to be paid in advance.
  • S R - software development servicers will not be responsible if a domain expires due to non-payment / late payment of the charges. All payments must be made by on time before the expiry date.
  • It is client’s responsibility to renew their domain names with us (if domain is not buy from our end).
  • S R – software development services offer packages in co-ordination with third party providers for Domain and server spaces. Changes to the third party provider’s rules and policies may ultimately effect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.
  • Hosting is an annual charge which must be paid in advance for the whole year.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to renew the hosting plan in time ie. before the expiry date. Failure to renew in time can lead to loss of files, data, emails, backups etc. All unpaid hosting is disabled or deleted from the server.
  • We are not being responsible for issues relating to delayed payment for server spaces & Domain.
  • Hosting are on shared and non-shared servers hosted via third party providers. we will just give you a ensures best to our ability that our systems and servers are protected from hackers, viruses, intruders and other online and offline problems, however we will not be held liable for any disruption of services if such situation arises.
  • Client is solely responsible for the content stored on and served by the hosting service purchased and the activity of any scripts or email services created under the hosting service
  • The Customer must maintain the security of all account passwords and applications or scripts and ensure all scripts under the hosting service are free from malicious content that may harm any part of the Server, other client accounts hosted, or the external systems of visitors viewing the hosted content.
• Cancellation/Termination:

I. Hosting Cancellation requests must be sent in writing or by email one month prior to the expiry of the same. Once the hosting has been renewed, it cannot be cancelled and must be paid for the full year.

II. If the hosting is not paid and renewed before the expiry date. We reserve the right to disable the hosting and all associated services including emails and dns records. Additional charges will be applicable to re-enable the hosting. we will not be responsible for any loss of data, files, emails, backups, restoration costs etc

III. If a hosting has been cancelled / disabled then all files, emails, databases and backups will be deleted from the server without any notification to the client.

• Emails:

I. All emails are to be downloaded on the client’s computer periodically. Email boxes must be kept within their quota limits. Periodical maintenance may be carried out on the email box and emails older than 6 months are deleted.

II. Client’s must not use the email hosting for inappropriate content and other undesired emails which can result in spamming or infecting the server. Under such circumstances, immediate action will be taken and the required files and data will be deleted without any prior notice.

III. We offer packages in co-ordination with third party providers. Changes to the third party provider’s rules and policies may ultimately effect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.

Intellectual Policy:

  • All content of this website is a property of S R - Software & Placement Services unless otherwise specified. we reserve the right to change the content or policies without any prior notice.
  • The project related copyrights can be transferred to the client at an additional cost, after the full payment of the project and upon signing the Certificate of Acceptances R - Software & Placement Services reserves the rights to refuse the transfer of ownership if irregular circumstances arise.
  • Copyrights handed over to the client do not include rights to re-use the code for another website or re-sell the programming codes for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. In the case of business restructuring or ownership change, ownership of the website may be transferred from one owner to another. New owners are not allowed to re-sell or re-use for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. S R - Software CMS is a proprietary CMS of S R - Software development services and cannot be transferred to any external host.

For Computer AMC services:

In General, we allowed Non-Comprehensive AMC services, the cost of spare parts, replacement and Repairing Cost will be borne by the Customer. This usually means only Service.

  1. Operating Systems and Office related application trouble shooting and support.
  2. Installing operating systems, configuration of driver, update latest patches and latest Windows Service Pack and other OEM based software. (CD and license would be provided by Customer).
  3. Cleaning and uninstalling unnecessary files from desktop/laptops.
  4. Desktop login and basic windows policy problem solving.
  5. Updating new software application (CD and license would be provided by Customer).
  6. Internal cleaning of the equipment using /other appropriate means. vacuum cleaner (Once in a Year or whenever required)
  7. On-Remote Support within Business Hours related to any IT or Online problem.
  8. On-Site Support within Business Hours.
  9. However, we in case of any Hardware repairing issue we will share quotation with customer, and done repairing only after approval from Customer.
  10. Any new Parts changes required we will share quotation with customer, and done a part changes only after approval from Customer and in advances full payment.
  11. Data backup and Data Recovery will not cover in any condition. (User Data or Company Data).
  12. Data backup should be taken by user only. (In case of System Formatting or any other condition).
  • Repair and maintenance work would not violate any patent, copy right of any person/entity and confidentiality of the information in the computer system shall be maintained.
  • The agency shall maintain a pool of various hardware spares/components as reserves to ensure issues to be resolved in time.
  • A health record would be maintained for all equipment under AMC for each incident of malfunctioning, complain logging and solving.
  • Ensuring high availability of networks, Identifying LAN faults & getting them resolved.
  • Preventive maintenance for the whole computer system shall be done on half yearly basis which shall include external/internal cleaning of the system, running the diagnostics /utilities tool to determine the existing or likelihood fault and their removal.
  • Routine corrective and preventive maintenance of computer systems and its peripherals as specified in the inventory of equipment to be covered under AMC.
  • Diagnosing and resolving the problem according to the severity assigned to it
  • Re-installing the OS or latest OS (Need to Provide by Customer If legal OS).
  • Software installation, un-installation, configuration, antivirus software up-gradation to make system/equipment fully functional.
  • Installation/Re-installation of essential and productivity S/W (Pre-Listed, with SOP, package provided by customer).
  • Replacement of part (Include SMPS, RAM, HDD, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Power Cable & VGA Cable only) changes required we will share quotation with customer, and done a part changes only after approval from Customer and in advances full payment.
  • The equipment parts replaced does not necessarily will be same brand, make, model or type but equivalent in performance to existing parts.
  • In the event of obsolete, non-availability and non-repairable, cases can be hold till the availability of equivalent capacity or performance parts.
  • In case of replacement, the defective spares covered under Non Comprehensive contract shall be the property of Computer AMC 365.
  • Ribbon, Tape, Ink, Tonner cartridges
  • Mother Boards, Printer and Printer Parts
  • Plastic parts such as covers, switches, sockets, platen knob and operation buttons
  • Damage caused due to force measure like natural calamities, Electric surges, high voltages & lightening and damage caused by rodent.
  • Wet, Crack, Broken, Scratched, Burn, damage due to drop, manhandling or try repair by unauthorized person.
  • Cables (LAN Patch, Power, Data)
  • Converters and any Add on cards Devices (use for performance enhancement)
  • Laptop battery, UPS or UPS batteries
  • Company Data and User Data
  • we ensuring Identifying LAN faults & getting them resolved so that end user can get high availability of networks at all times.
  • The maintenance shall normally be done during working hours of the customers. i.e. from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. However, in case of emergency, maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on holidays only by raise request.
  • Need to do Prior arrangement through proper communication should be worked out in all cases by the Customer.
  • Maintain spares stock onsite or off site sole decision of customer.
  • Workspace with necessary power and data points availability for onsite maintenance job is customer’s responsibility.

For CCTV Maintenances & Installation services:

General Approach:

  • Share Quotation price are valid up to 7 days from the date of quotation.
  • The final customer amount will be considered after final invoice only.
  • The delivery of material will have done within 2 / 4 days after receiving the confirmation on Work Order & Advance payment.
  • Once we deliver the material, will not be tack back.
  • Warranty on any sold product are not valid on physical damage, burn or on damages after delivery of product, excepting the manufacturing defect.

  • Payment 80% in advance as per total order value of purchase (as per the shared quotation), and balances 20% immediate after installation.
  • Civil work like fabrication / alteration / cabling will be the cope of client.
  • If extra material required during the work of CCTV installation, so the extra charges will be added in final billing
