Job title: Salesforce Developer (3 to 7 year experinces)

Position Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal developer should have thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and tool kit, including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. This role demands a proactive and self-directed individual who excels in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our rapid development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

2. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, including XML, JSON, and tools such as Postman.

3. Design and implement user and administrator functionalities, including permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, and security setup, views and page layouts.

4. Collaborate with CRM, CLM, and CPQ business process stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

5. Communicate effectively with remote teams, providing updates, seek/provide feedback and ensure project alignment.

6. Act as a key contributor in an energetic team environment, readily adapting to change and participating in rapid development cycles.

7. Take initiative in resolving issues, making decisions, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of Salesforce projects.

3. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC) and Aura.

4. Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques such as XML, JSON, Postman etc.

5. Strong understanding of CRM, CLM, and CPQ business processes.

6. CPQ certification is an added advantage.

7. Eager to work/learn new salesforce packages with CPQ.

8. Proven ability to work with Salesforce administrative tasks, including the creation and management of permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, and security setup.

9. Demonstrated self-direction, decision-making abilities, and issue resolution skills.

10. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

11. Energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
